Fluorinated Round Bottles
During the transportation or handling of HDPE barrels, although the barrels themselves have good durability and impact resistance, there is still a certain risk of damage, especially under improper operation or extreme conditions. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is a widely used plastic material that is widely used for storing and transporting various materials due to its excellent corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance and strong impact resistance.
The impact resistance of HDPE barrels is good in normal transportation environments, but cracks or breaks may still occur when they experience severe impact or fall. If the barrels are subjected to large external forces during transportation, such as falling from a high place or violent collision with hard objects, the outside of the barrels may be deformed or cracked, especially in extremely low temperature environments, the HDPE material may become brittle, resulting in an increased risk of damage.
Improper stacking during transportation may also cause damage to the barrels. If the barrels are not stacked properly, especially when the stacking height is too high or not properly supported, the barrels below will be subject to additional pressure, which is easy to cause deformation or rupture. During long-term transportation or handling, the bottom of the square barrel may dent or crack due to vibration or uneven force, which is a potential threat to the structural integrity of the square barrel.
During the handling process, improper operation is also a factor that causes damage to HDPE square barrels. If the handler uses too much force, especially directly pulling or colliding with the edge of the square barrel, it may cause scratches or cracks on the surface of the square barrel, which will affect its service life. Especially if the square barrel is loaded with liquid or other heavy substances, the external force may cause the barrel to deform or even leak.
Extreme environmental conditions can also affect the transportation safety of HDPE square barrels. In high or low temperature environments, HDPE materials may show some performance changes. In high temperature environments, although HDPE has a certain ability to withstand high temperatures, it may gradually age or soften when exposed to strong sunlight or high temperature environments for a long time, increasing the chance of damage. In low temperature environments, HDPE materials may become fragile and easily cracked or damaged when impacted by external forces. Therefore, during transportation, HDPE square drums should be avoided from being exposed to excessively extreme temperatures, especially when placed in carriages or storage areas under direct sunlight for a long time.
